DELIVERY POLICY​

Our orders are posted via Royal Mail which usually takes around 3-5 working days from dispatch.

​

You can also upgrade your shipping to First Class (Royal Mail) which aims to deliver within 1-2 working days from dispatch.

This is a paid delivery option.

We currently only deliver within the UK. Delivery times may be longer than usual dependant on Royal Mail services.

Please allow 3-6 business days for dispatch as our products are made to order.

RETURNS POLICY​

​

• We only accept returns if an item is faulty, unless the damage has occurred during the shipping process. Any refund will be paid at our discretion after we receive the returned items. Returns must be sent back within 30 days of delivery.

• To request a return, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. 

• We will be unable to pay the shipping costs to cover returns. 

• We do not accept exchanges or cancellations. 

• We cannot accept returns on earrings for hygiene reasons. If you have purchased a jewellery set (necklace & earrings) and wish to return the necklace alone, we will refund the difference after deducting the retail price of the earrings. 

• We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any hygiene products unless faulty - please get in contact with us via our contact page for any queries.

PRODUCT DAMAGED IN TRANSIT?​

We take great care in ensuring that every order is perfect on dispatch. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the courier. We are only able to offer a refund if the product itself is faulty.

All items that we sell have been individually and skillfully handcrafted and therefore slight variations in colour, shape and size may occur within the products displayed. This is not a fault with the product but a natural characteristic of the design, which is beyond our control. We are unable to provide a refund for this. 

• There may be slight variations in colour in comparison to our online images.  

• Due to the small elements of our jewellery being a choking hazard, please keep away from small children.
