Let us know in the checkout page under 'Is this order a gift?' if the order is a gift. You can also add a gift message in the section too and we can hand write a note for you in one of our gift message cards.

Most orders with 'Standard Delivery' take around 3-5 working days from dispatch. 'First Class' Delivery takes around 1-2 working days from dispatch. Please see our terms and conditions for further information.
Please allow 3-6 business days for dispatch as our jewellery is made-to-order.
We only accept returns if an item is faulty, unless the damage has occurred during the shipping process. Any refund will be paid at our discretion after we receive the returned items. Returns must be sent back within 30 days of delivery.
To request a return, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
We will be unable to pay the shipping costs to cover returns.
We do not accept exchanges or cancellations.
We cannot accept returns/exchanges on earrings for hygiene reasons. If you have purchased a jewellery set (necklace & earrings) and wish to return the necklace alone, we will refund the difference after deducting the retail price of the earrings.
We take great care in ensuring that every order is perfect on dispatch. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the courier. We are only able to offer a refund if the product itself is faulty.

All jewellery products come in a small jewellery box, perfect for gift giving. We try our best to minimise our carbon footprint by recycling our packaging and cutting down on any use of plastic.
